Frilled Neck Lizard
I have always wanted to embroider a Frilled Neck Lizard – they are so dramatic! He measures approximately 20 cm x 25 cm and is quite striking. Padded out in high relief and with a dimensional frill he commands attention. He is embroidered in English gilt and coloured purls as well as utilizing Japanese couching thread, Angelina fibres and Tyvek. Kit cost $120.00

Jacobean Floral
Jacobean Floral is embroidered with Strand Crewel Wools from New Zealand with English Gilt Metal Threads on a cinnamon silk dupion background. The colours of these threads and silk give the piece a deep richness which would look attractive in any room. Due to its size, it would also make the perfect lid of a box. Just Resting
I have taken the formality of goldwork and relaxed it to create this stunning piece � Just Resting. A completely three dimensional dragonfly is perched atop his favourite stem � master of all he sees. Chinese style embroidered boxes
Using techniques that the Chinese have used for centuries, this Peony is embroidered using Pekin (French) knots and Long and Short Stitch (Hidden Stitch variation), all outlined with a gold couching thread. The piece is embroidered using Pearsalls filoselle silk and Kreinik Japan Thread #7 and measures approximately 11 centimetres square. Kit cost $60.00

Chrysanthemumn Box Top
The Chrysanthemumn is embroidered in voided satin stitch with couched gold surround. Also embroidered in Pearsalls silk and Kreinik Japan Thread, the piece measures 9 cm x 12 cm. Kit Cost $50.00

Golden Liliums
This kit contains the materials required to make three silk lilium flowers the size used on the hat pictured. The pattern also contains the requirements and instructions for making the larger sized bouquet flowers. These lovely three dimensional flowers are not as hard as you would think to create and have such a wonderful effect. They are gorgeous on a hat or a bunch in a vase, but also make a lovely corsage or fascinator for race day.
